Summary
Life is supposed to be a little rocky, a little stormy, and a tad unbearable at times. Piper knows this because she's seen countless inspirational movies, and she figures that it means her beginning is simply a little cloudy. Surely, the sun will shine on her soon.
It starts with her parents - then her uncle. Now it's her aunt, and to top it all off the Avengers seem to have it out for her. She can handle it, though. She was strong enough; and she had to be, for the people of Queens.
The sun will shine on her soon - she was sure of it.
In which Piper's story as Spidergirl leads her to new lows, fixing a broken team, and holding onto her new and old friends with whatever life is left in her.
The Avengers just want this kid to be more careful, and they find that keeping her safe is harder than they would have ever thought.
Loki's confused, Bucky's amused, Wade is... ecstatic, Stephan is flattered, and Tony's scared out of his mind.
