Honestly, prison wasn't nearly as bad as Byleth expected it to be. In some ways, it wasn't too dissimilar to the lower points of mercenary life.
The dungeon itself was finely crafted from a deep slate blue flagstone, and was large enough to fit two mid-sized cots, thin, but surprisingly clean.
Perhaps the mysterious enemy who kidnapped her in the middle of the night, while camped out just beyond the Great Bridge, wanted to flaunt their superiority and their fancy "status quo", by making an exhibition of how well they treated prisoners of war. Either way, aside from the mind numbing loneliness, she wasn't complaining much. A companion would be nice though...Or
After being imprisoned and isolated with no hope of a rescue, Byleth desperately seeks the comfort of her newest cellmate, Dimitri, but he worries she's simply settling out of loneliness.
