The person responsible for this is anonymous and is self-proclaimed as the 'Creator'. She has bought the Teyvatians in this room to watch recordings, or what she likes The 'Creator', despite doing such deed only to obtain the satisfaction of the reactions, however, the videos have provided the Teyvatians with crucial knowledge and revealed many secrets and unknown facts about individuals and their nation. So sit back, and enjoy the cringe :)
