Summary

But it works a little too well.

Ra's al-Ghul is a megalomaniac psychopath who finds a way to de-age Tim thus sending the entire Bat family into a spiral as they get to witness child Timothy Jackson Drake for the first time ever. Even Bruce, who was too focused on making him the perfect and most capable Robin (so that nothing like Jason would ever happen again) to really notice what Tim's childhood was like.
Warning: graphic descriptions of child abuse, internal self-hate monologues, and overall be prepared to want to smother Tim in affection
