Cole was human again. It was... surprising, if he was being honest. Being a ghost was supposed to be permanent. For Sensei Yang to stay behind so Cole could be human again was, honestly, a bit disconcerting after everything he’d done beforehand. Now Cole just had to get used to being human again. Too bad things were never that simple.

However, Keith and Hunk found solace in each other on those nights when neither one could sleep. Shiro's returned, but trauma bonds are hard to break. / A.k.a. Keith and Hunk comfort each other over a dessert that's as messy as their lives.

If you're friends with someone long enough, you become privy to their deepest insecurities. Hunk and Lance have been friends for years. / A.k.a. Hunk is feeling insecure about his size, especially in light of his recent weight gain; Lance, meanwhile, is feeling insecure about his skills as a pilot, especially now that he's been "promoted" to Keith's second in command. Both paladins are doubting their inherent worthiness, but they have some things to say to each other.
