Summary
Willow Schnee is running away from home.
She has no more reason to stay, and although she’s never struck out on her own before, she would do anything to avoid spending another day under the same roof as her husband. When her plans to pay her way aboard a small sailboat fall through, she must seize the only other chance offered to her: a mighty pirate warship, armed to the teeth and crewed by murderers and thieves. Sailing with pirates is a hard life, and on top of that the captain clearly has it out for Willow—but she’s no Jacques.
That’s a bar even Raven Branwen can clear.

Summary
“You’re right—in that it will eventually pass,” Diana said. “But it would pass easier—and much quicker—if given proper release.”
The last word made Zatanna squirm. “I don’t think you should be asking me that. I’ll say something stupid.”
“Like what?”
“Like ‘yes’.”A minor magical mishap has Zatanna in a pickle. Luckily for her, Diana doesn't mind playing the assistant.

Summary
Willow asks Glynda for a favor—which turns into a different kind of favor altogether.
Spin-off of The Cold and Billowing Sea chapter 22—it isn't canon to that fic, but this makes no effort to explain its context, so knowing the main story is gently recommended.

Summary
Fourteen years ago, Summer Rose was desperate enough to want this woman to kill her, and she had refused.
Now Beacon is fallen. At the beginning of the end, Salem needs her closest lieutenant to search for its Vault. Summer asks her for one night before she goes.“You’ll miss me that much?” Salem breathed a little laugh, leaning heavily on her chair.
“It might be my last chance to ask.”
An inquisitive look. “You’ve wanted to before?” -

Summary
After facing Cinder Fall at Beacon's CCT Tower, Glynda is personally assigned to hunt her down. Embarking into the unknown, tracking Remnant's most notorious criminal, Glynda's only lead is the twisted trail of ash and rot left in Cinder's wake. The further away from Beacon's guiding light the hunt strays, the more the danger escalates—but so do the questions.
Cinder Fall knows something. Something about Glynda. And her schemes involve far more than Dust trafficking; something much bigger is at stake, and in following the smoke trail to its end, Glynda may well find herself on a pyre.

Summary
“Maybe not,” Salem said. “Maybe no two people are ever truly like one another. But I was taught that good and evil are human ideas. That when we die, when we go to be judged, it will be by a metric kinder than our own. You and I will meet infinity smiling. I promise you that.”

Summary
The apprentice took her place next to the gameboard. She closed her eyes lightly, as if in prayer, before reciting the words: “As the apprentice Witch of Certainty and the impartial observer of this game, I declare that the Game Master has abandoned this game. As such, it will never be completed.” She spoke to the empty room: “The Observers in attendance may debate the fate of the gameboard. Dissolution of the board and its player contracts is possible at this point.”
Lambdadelta would not remember that game until many years later, when she heard the story of a Witch who was once abandoned as a piece in a broken game, forced to claw her own way out. Newly christened as a full-fledged Witch of Certainty, Lady Lambdadelta seeks out the newborn Witch of Miracles, starting an all-consuming fire that would burn through many centuries' worth of games—and finish what Bernkastel's master once began.
