Summary
Izuku Midoriya works at the Hero Public Safety Commission straight out of high school, after he transferred out of UA to pursue a different route.
He's 23, tired and just pushing by while he decides if he really wants to go after the career path of being a detective.
One day he acquires a Death Note and accidentally but genuinely befriends the shinigami attached to it.
Hitoshi Shinsou is an underground hero hired by the Hero Public Safety Commission to catch a killer that seems to be a copy-cat of history's biggest mass murderer, Kira. Only as time goes on, he realizes it's more likely that this killer is either Kira, or has Kira's same power.
As Hitoshi tries to stop history from repeating itself, he enlists the help of genius Izuku Midoriya to capture Kira.
Hitoshi believes Izuku is too nice to ever be Kira,
And Izuku realizes Hitoshi might be too nice of a person for him to kill.

Summary
Izuku's classmates think he's quirkless, because he's never used his quirk in front of them. He'd kill them all if he lost control. He'd rather be known as a quirkless freak than someone with a villain's quirk.
After all, someone who struggles Psychic Vampirism can't be a hero.
After being told he can be a hero by Eraserhead himself, he decides he'll just be a quirkless hero.

The AU where after seeing the Little Giant on that TV screen, Hinata's too distracted by volleyball even while pedaling away, getting hit by a car and losing his right leg.
It's a story about him playing volleyball with a prosthetic while hiding it from everyone, including his own team, for the fear that they won't allow him to play when they find out he's disabled. Sure, they might offer to let him make a volleyball club for other disabled players too, but he realizes very early that he wants to play with THIS team, and he'd do anything to make sure he can stay on the court the longest and be the last one standing

Jordan has things to do. He was annoyed enough having to call the police, then even more annoyed when they bothered him into hanging up. It's not his problem if some stupid kids got into a fight or something.
It's still not his problem, even when he gets curious enough to investigate and finds an odd boy and someone he knows.
He's tired, and just wants to get his stupid errands done.
