    A sometimes heavier read sprinkled with many heartfelt and humorous moments but also very grounded depictions of struggling with mental health in a seemingly picture perfect world.

    The atmosphere could switch from idyllic and tranquil to unsettling and creepy at the snap of a finger. And the imagery used is 👌
    What use is a perfectly beautiful aerie if the birds housed within it are still trapped? 🐦‍⬛

    Crow Akechi is a vicious little DELIGHT and his behavior is put into a hilarious perspective after an equally delightful Yusuke drops a bombshell about Avian responses to touch lmaoo
    Love that Akechi is sort of a crow whisperer after returning to his human form :D

    Not Maruki friendly but honestly fits the story and vibes and also he DID deserve to get decked in the face by Akira. The perfect, well-meaning, overstepping, controlling therapist antagonist to oppose the two greatest rebels of P5's story. Cool twists later in the story!

    Morgana and Ren's dynamic is also lovely 🥺 they care for each other so much! And the Shuakeeee ouughh so good, so painful. GORGEOUS imagery when the fake reality finally shatters, just, 10/10 amazing read!
