La vida de Eli parece una película triste desde que su padre entró en coma después de un incendio en su casa, ahora se ve obligado a vivir con los McCall en una vida que no reconoce porque no parece suya, su psicólogo dice que hablar de hombres lobo, chispas y demonios es su método para afrontar la posible muerte de su padre ¿Pero y si no es así? Después de todo es Beacon Hills así que tal vez todo es posible.
Tal vez tiene razón y su mundo de fantasía en realidad es su mundo real y algo evita que su padre regrese, así que depende de él armar el rompecabezas y traerlo de regreso pero para ello necesita usar su "Reina" a quien tiene que convencer de que el mundo real no es como ambos lo recuerdan.
¿Serán suficientes unas palabras para hacer que su reina (Stiles) confíe en Eli y tome la fuerza suficiente para derrotar el demonio ficticio del niño? Y si lo es ¿Cómo se vence a un demonio en un mundo donde lo sobrenatural no es más que una leyenda y aquel niño que ve como un hijo no es más que el hijo de su hermano?
Eli no es nada, Stiles es menos que nada pero pueden tener la oportunidad de salvarlos a todos si por un momento se dan el poder de fingir que son algo.

Después de que su profesor de economía le informa sobre una beca de investigación que podría asegurarle un puesto en el FBI Stiles decide ingresar a la academia Hale para investigarla ya que, aunque tienen millones de bailarines y el nombre de la academia significa prestigio en todo el país, parece que las únicas personas que ganan las competencias y reciben el estatus y dinero por ello son los Hale.
Stiles está seguro de que el lugar no es más que nepotismo y está dispuesto a probarlo, el problema es que entre más tiempo pasa con los Hale más entiende todo el prestigioso mundo del arte, la belleza de sus integrantes, sobre todo la de Derek Hale y también el amor por una profesión que no fue hecha para él y está siempre dispuesta a demostrarlo.
A menos de que él decida tomar las riendas y demostrar que es completamente capaz de elegir quien ama, que ama y como lo hace sin importar su futuro incierto.

“Just look at me,” Tommy tells him as he wraps his other hand around Evan’s right. Evan squeezes tightly, and when the door moves, even though the glass is mostly settled, he still cries out.
“Okay,” Tommy says, nodding at him. “Okay. It’s okay.”
Once the door is gone, the EMTs from the 122 are moving quickly, shoving a portable stretcher beneath Evan and then sealing his head to the board.
“Moving on three,” one of them states.
“Don’t go,” Evan rasps at Tommy.
“I’m coming with,” he confirms, holding Evan’s gaze.
..
OR: We crash that jeep, and Tommy has to be on scene. Confessions ensue.

Tommy startled, his head snapping over to Evan, his eyes wide as dishes. He recovered quickly, though, and shot Evan a sheepish look. “Just thinking about what your parents are gonna have to say about you popping the question.”

Evan’s gaze held his own for a beat, steady and warm, in spite of the icy wind that Tommy was sure was going to turn his skin blue any moment now. “They’ll be fine,” he said firmly. “They’ve come a long way. We all have. And if they’re not, well...” His face turned harder suddenly, almost determined, even. “It wouldn’t be the first time I picked somebody I love over them.”

Buck and Tommy spend a few days in Hershey with Buck's parents, during which they plan to announce their engagement. Tommy is shivering, and it isn't just about the harsh Pennsylvania Winter.

Except it wasn’t pretend for him, not anymore. He could feel himself falling more and more in love with him every single day. And the thought of having to maybe kiss Buck made Tommy’s skin itch.
“It’s in three weeks in Fort Lauderdale, I’ll send you the details now. We can talk more about the hotel and flights after your shift. I’ll meet you at the usual coffee place after you’re done?" There was silence for a moment. “It’s a date.”
