"Castiel rubbed at his heavy lidded eyes with the palms of his hands, a small sigh slipping past his parted plump lips. He's been so tired lately due to his pregnancy, taking naps every few hours since not only did it help with his exhaustion but it also eased some of his discomfort and swelling in his feet. He was just over five months along and that in of itself made Castiel giddy with excitement — just a few more short months then he and Dean would have their pup out in the world."

Summary
There’s no point in mincing words. Sam is dead, and without him Dean is a drunken shell of who he used to be. Sam and Dean had always had some sort of longing for each other. Out of respect for their conservative homophobic father John, they dated women and ignored their feelings for each other. Now that John has passed, the brothers had to live together from the financial strain of his death and the lack of money they earn as a construction worker and a busboy.
Eventually they admit and they make sweet passionate love however not realizing that Dean is a carrier and that their lives are about to change forever.Inspired by this gif that I was shown. Summary
Dean Winchester just got dumped by his fiance Cassie the night before their wedding. Castiel was caught looking at pornography by his wife Daphne and is demanding a divorce. They meet while drowning their sorrows at the Roadhouse. Too drunk to drive, Ellen suggests they take Ash's room for the night. They take it and one thing leads to another and they have sex. After they say good bye and Dean gives Castiel Sam's law office info, Dean thought he would never see him again.
A few weeks later Dean goes to his doctor and finds out he's pregnant and demands an abortion. But he has to follow Kansas Law when it comes to that. While he is waiting his 24 hours he starts to become attached to the little one. Now he is divided with what to do. Have an abortion and pretend this never happened or keep the little bugger and raise it as a single father.
