Rhaenyra presented the crown, pushing it forward for him to see, sweet smile on her pretty face, and her next words were coated with honey, sounding so tempting.
“Uncle, marry me, and THIS, is my dowry. Is it enough a convincement?”
Daemon's dream continued and he met young Rhaenyra and the dream was as bizarre as before, but fortunately, in the end, he came back to reality finding Rhaenyra was the one waking him.

Summary

Summary
During the war in the Stepstones, Daemon overhears Corlys and Vaemond discussing how to get close to the Iron Throne, including a marriage between Rhaenyra and Leanor.
Upset at their plans for Rhaenyra, knowing Laenor is not a fit husband for his niece, Daemon is determined to change her fate.
Before returning to King's Landing, Daemon detours to the Vale and ‘deals’ with the issue of his wife. Now free of a wife he never wanted, Daemon is eager to return to the comforts of home. When he does, he can’t help but notice how much Rhaenyra has matured in the four years he’s been gone.
When he sees how lonely she is, he asks her to go dragon riding, determined to prove to her that he is there for her. Soon, they find themselves on Dragonstone, exploring their ancestral home as Daemon shows her the drawings he’s found in the caves below, while she shares what her father told her about the song of Ice and Fire and Aegon’s Dream.
Neither one realizes the Old Gods of Valyria are at work and determined to make the House of the Dragon strong once more, they marry on Dragonstone before returning home to deal with the weakened King Viserys and the mess he has made of their great house.
