Summary
Nick says something could have set Charlie back and made him relapse. Thankfully, Charlie has gained a lot more confidence and responds in mature way that leaves the group furious at Nick. They ignore him while Nick has more time to reflect on his words.
Nick's life doesn't get better when David's weekend visit turns into a months stay after their mother leaves on a couple of trips with Stephane.

Is all that falls out of Nick's mouth. Ms. Varci nods, her notepad still gripped tightly in her hand.
“Yes. Yes, I know this Nick. We can’t get you out of here unless you tell us the truth.”
Nick scoffs.
“I am telling the truth! I didn’t kill that man.”

Nick gets sent to a psych ward after supposedly killing a man. He spirals through a mental roller coaster with everything that has happened. Something deeper than that "homicide" is going on and nobody can quite place their fingers on it. Charlie relapses, dealing with fact that his boyfriend is a murderer. His friends help him though the tough time, but it wasn't enough. He wanted to see Nick and talk to him, so that maybe, Nick could confess and the victims family could finally rest knowing that the killer is in jail. But life always has bigger plans.
