   Summary

   Jason Todd was about to make his grand return to Gotham. Then Dick Grayson went and killed the Joker. This completely derailed the plan he had spent months working on. So, with no Joker what did Jason decide to do? He opened up a small library in Crime Alley. All was going well for Jason until some bats decided to bother him.
