Summary
Astarion is captured by a band of mercenaries led by Araj Oblodra who have heeded an underground bounty posted by Cazador Szarr to bring his wayward spawn back to his palace at Baldur’s Gate, but Tav and the rest of their companions aren't going to let him be taken without a fight.
Only those who have kidnapped their resident vampire already have a few hours ahead of Tav and the others. And based upon the evidence left at the scene of the abduction, it isn't looking like they have much time left to find him. That only serves to fuel their determination to get him back all the sooner.
They only hope they can reach him before anymore hurt is dealt.

Summary
Trevor and Sypha return to the castle only to discover two corpses and a badly burned Alucard. Sypha and Trevor do anything they can to help Alucard repair the damage in the aftermath of devastation, but are they already too late for the reparation of his heart?

Alucard looked so small, huddled at the end of the footboard, his chapped, bloody lips were trembling and when he spoke, “Are you- why are you here? Trevor surprised himself by speaking first. “We came back to see you.” he spoke softly and genuinely, wanting Alucard to see the truth in his words. “Hoping to find you in a better state than we’ve been in.”
