Summary
Jeff could see things that Charlie couldn't. Not just with his visions, but with his normal eyes as well. It hurt, to see things that were right in front of you yet somehow missed entirely by the people you cared about. Someday, Jeff hoped that Charlie would see these things, but until then he'd follow through with the plan for everyone's safety.
Jeff and Charlie have a conversation before the race and once the cogs start to turn, Jeff alone has to deal with the aftermath.
