Summary
[Third and final part of the Sniper series] Voltron has rescued Lance but the person with them now is not the same boy they once knew. Even outside the Galrans’ influence Lance believes himself to be Sniper, an assassin to the Galra Empire with his final mission to eliminate Voltron. It's going to be a long, difficult journey to prove to Lance that he's safe, that they're his family, and that the horrors he committed as Sniper are not his burden to bear. And that challenge is made even more so given the fact Lance's Druid handler is still alive and the Empire isn't going to let go of their trained assassin quite so easily...

Summary
Lance is a college freshman at Galaxy Garrison University on a swim scholarship taking classes to put him on the path of his dream to be a NASA pilot. In order to do that he needs to maintain his grades and his calculus class is proving to be an obstacle. But Lance’s TA proves to be a great resource and he’s feeling confident that with the senior’s help he’ll be well on his way to achieving the grade he needs.
Except it seems his TA is interested in more than just helping Lance get an A. He’s very much interested in Lance.
And so what Lance finds out he has isn’t a path to a good grade… it’s a stalker and one that will not take no for an answer.

“That’s impossible,” Bunny answered and Jack felt a furry paw press on his cheek and he couldn’t even be embarrassed at the sudden attention, “Frostbite can’t— blimey! He’s hot!”

Summary
The banquet tonight is full of super important people across the universe and Lance is determined to make sure he represents Voltron well. But not only did he commit a major social faux pas right as the banquet started when he accidentally grabbed Allura’s wine to toast with instead of his own, now he’s feeling sick and he’s pretty sure puking all of the dance floor will be look infinitely worse. He just has to somehow get through the night without anymore mishaps and hope he doesn’t ruin any other part of it.

Summary
On their journey to Earth, Voltron stops at a planet for supplies and finds that its inhabitants are not only incredibly generous but powerful and would make strong allies in their upcoming fight. In order to secure the alliance, the king assigns a member of his council to observe each Paladin and judge their worth.
Lance is delighted to find out his evaluator is the king’s own son, Prince Barin, who is a formidable fighter and pilot, and he’s determined to prove himself worthy and make Voltron proud, especially following the horrible game show experience with Bob.
Except Lance discovers that the prince isn’t interested in evaluating his worth as a Paladin; he's just interested in his body. And for the sake of the universe… Lance knows what he has to do.
“Therefore, it is imperative that our next two quintants together go smoothly,” Barin continued, “so I may give a positive evaluation of yourself. Do you understand?”
“Absolutely,” Lance bobbed his head.
Barin’s fangs peeked with his smile. “Excellent. Then our first order of business...”
He leaned forward, smile growing.
“Kiss me.”

Summary
For those unfamiliar with Hanahaki, it is: "a fictional disease in which the victim coughs up flower petals when they suffer from one-sided love. It ends when the beloved returns their feelings (romantic love only; strong friendship is not enough), or when the victim dies. It can be cured through surgical removal, but when the infection is removed, the victim's romantic feelings for their love also disappear."
This two-part series is a twist on that idea using the flower petals but it is not tied to unrequited love. Instead Hanahaki is brought on by strong emotion and the flowers expelled are related to the meanings of the flowers. So it's a literal representation of the emotions people are feeling, including those they don't want anyone to know they are experiencing.

Bookmarker's Notes
This is one of the first VLD fics I read and it really stuck with me. It's a beautiful, dark plot with a different sort of twist than your typical ghostly possession. The imagery is gorgeous and the original characters here are beyond excellent.
