    So Lucifer had no intention of getting Lilith pregnant; it kind of just happened. When he had gone to visit his loves Lilith and Eve this morning, after being too busy to see them for nearly a year, he was handed a baby girl, told her name was Charlotte, and told to take care of her. So now he was back in Heaven and was still processing he was a father, and now, on top of that, he had to tell everyone he had a thing going on with Lilith and had a kid with her, obviously. Luckily, he could leave out the part about Eve.

    So, he kinda unintentionally created a new species?
