It's the inner workings of Sukuna's soul, and those are anything but vast and endless. The man is a shallow well, when he gets down to it. Very little emotional capacity, and even less ability to understand much of anything besides selfish, wanton destruction.

Summary
“Satoru,” Suguru warns. “Just–can’t you just ride my face or something. Wait ‘til you see a proper doctor.”
Suguru vaguely understands the underlying workings of Satoru’s incessant need to fuck. It comes on hard, leaving Satoru frustrated and on edge. Suguru has never minded the sex, and it certainly makes Satoru less annoying. You could argue that he’s just keeping the peace. But he also conveniently leaves out the fact that he almost came in his pants last time Satoru rode his face. That’s not really a part of the equation here, right?
“Suguru,” Satoru retorts, matching Suguru’s tone. “I’ll be good, please.” Nothing in his voice indicates that he intends on honoring those words, but Suguru likes the sound of Gojo begging.
