Summary
After dying during Red Meat (s11e17), Sam and Dean were tossed into the Empty by Billie. However, no one really knows much about what the Empty actually is, such as the fact that it's the really the empty space between worlds...as in all of them. Sam and Dean find themselves reincarnated as mutants in the Marvel universe, where they'll have to fight to find each other again.
This is based mostly on the X-Men movies, with some changes to mesh it into the wider Marvel cinematic universe. It can be read as a standalone work, but you get more background information about how Sam and Dean end up in the Empty if you read the first work in the series.

Summary
The regions have been devastated by the aftermath of Team Rocket's last, terrible attempt at world domination. Even years later, pokemon worldwide will ruthlessly attack at the mere sight of a human being. The only exceptions to the rule are those few pokemon that have been successfully bonded to a trainer. But trainers, the cities' only defense against the vicious creatures that lay in wait outside their defensive walls, are in short supply. That's were the Reaping comes in.
Instituted by the League in the early days after the Cataclysm, the Reaping allows the conscription of any number of able bodied teenagers necessary on one day out of each year - June 21st. Volunteers are allowed, but with the death rates so high, who would be crazy enough to do that? Oh, wait...
You do not need to be familiar with the Hunger Games or Naruto in order to understand this story.

In an alternate universe where a special portion of population of Panem can grow lovemarks on their skin for anyone precious to them (family, close friends, and lovers alike) Katniss Everdeen struggles with making sure no other flowers sprout on her skin except the primroses around her wrist for her baby sister and the evergreen leaves around her ankle for her dead father.
However, becoming a tribute in the 74th Hunger Games along with Peeta Mellark might make that difficult.

Peeta is not hijacked when he is rescued from the Capitol and brought to District 13. Katniss advocated for him faster. The reunion we all wanted, including Katniss.

“Ya know, Katniss and I. We’ve been luckier than most. I wouldn’t have any regrets at all…” and he pauses. “I-if it weren’t…” and he’s laying the acting on thick, “if it weren’t for…” he shakes his head.
“If it weren’t for… what what?” Caesar prompts.
He hesitates, and then, “If it weren’t for the baby.”
And nothing could have prepared her for that.
Katniss regrets that night 4 months ago during the victory tour, even if she doesn’t entirely wish it never happened. This part, however- the one where she’s being forced back into a death arena while four months pregnant- would be so much easier if it had never happened.
Peeta isn’t supposed to know. So why is he telling Caesar, and all of Panem, on national television?
OR: the fic where Everlark aren’t together yet, Katniss is pregnant during the Quarter Quell, Peeta isn’t supposed to know but then figures it out, Peeta never gets taken by the Capital and hijacked, and they try to live their “happily ever after”.
