Summary
Fox kept his head down, following orders and trying to make life bearable for his brothers in the Guard. But with blackout missions wearing him down to the bone, and more Senators treating them like glorified service droids, and a war that never seemed to get closer to the end, he wasn't exactly hopeful about his promised retirement.
Sith artefacts always threw a wrench into things, even if it was usually Jedi who got the short end of all that osik. Getting to murder the bastard behind the war before it even started was a nice severance package though, if he was being honest.
Now he and the Sith apprentice were both at loose ends -maybe getting to have a little fun was exactly what they both needed.
