Shouto shakes his head, returning to the moment as his brother’s voice sounds over the radio, breathless from heat and exertion.
“Vent opened,” Touya reports, and sure enough, Shouto can barely see his brother behind the belching column of smoke roaring out of the new hole. “We can hear the trapped civilians inside, stand by.”
Shouto listens, heart in his throat as the fire chief chimes in, giving directions and gauging conditions before he gives the green light. This crew is a practiced one, though, and when Touya says “I can do it”, the chief believes him.
And so, for the second time ever, Shouto watches his brother enter into hell.

Big, green eyes wavered across Kudo’s face, and then widened under light hair. “I’ve never thought about it.”
Kudo pulled away before he did something stupid and thoughtless to All for One’s innocent, wide-eyed little brother.

Dabi has amnesia and keeps reading conspiracy theories about himself in an attempt to figure out who he is, gets the League in on it, and they dismantle organized crime, revolutionize society, and ravage the hero system in the process. Hawks suffers.
