There were rumors, at first, dark rumors, that spoke of the new King of Winter, the Stark in Winterfell. Rumors that spoke of necromancy and witchcraft, magiks surpassing even the Shadowbinders of Asshai. Rumors that spoke of a Queen of non-human origins, with eyes like ice and an army of corpses.
They were ignored, of course, dismissed as Northern wives-tales and barbaric folklore by the Southron Queens and lords.
It was only when Winter fell upon them that they realized they had been fools to do so.

While the lords and ladies of the South feud over a throne of iron, a new King and Queen rise in the North, backed by the fury of dead Winter winds.

Summary
Coming to terms with being in the past was not easy, but it was impossible to deny. Arriving practically on top of a Targaryen with a living dragon made sure of that. Either he had somehow ended up in the past, or he was suffering through a very vivid nightmare.
Then, as if finding himself in the past wasn't bad enough, Jon had ended up back in time right in the middle of Targaryen family drama at its worst. And unfortunately for him, the entire House of the Dragon seemed convinced he belonged in their family.
Jon would very much like to know why everyone he met was so certain he was a long dead prince. He still looked like Jon Snow. (He had checked.) There was no way he and prince Lucerys Velaryon could look so alike, right?
As they lived centuries apart, no one living ever knew that Jon Snow and Lucerys Velaryon were identical. If not for a whim of the Valyrian gods, even Jon would have remained none the wiser.

Hughie has only glimpsed Supe kids. Stillwell’s kid and Ryan, who's always looked more like Becca than Homelander. Which is kinda funny. If anything, it’s John who looks more like Homelander, practically a spitting image—
Hughie’s hand freezes. Blond strands spilling between his fingers. He takes a second look at John.
No. There's no way. Impossible. But how many Supes with x-ray vision and super-hearing can there be?
What's she like? She a good fuck?
“Oh god.” Hughie tears himself away, scrambles to his feet. A cherubic face, eyes closed in sleep, hiding blue eyes Hughie has realized he's seen before.
More incentive? Okay.
