Summary
Cas is spat back out at 2am on a Tuesday, staggering hard onto the cold dungeon floor. It's pitch black in there, but with Cas’s angelhood restored (though still patchy) he can see well enough to find the stairs. When he tries the door, it's locked from the outside. As dungeons tend to be.
Cas comes back. He wants to help Dean sleep for a while before they talk things out. It doesn't quite work out that way.

Sarah Blake looks at the paper-covered painting she'd spent the past three weeks searching for, a glass of wine half-drunk in her hand. The painting is propped against the fireplace, and it looms, as portraits tend to. Cas doesn't startle when Dean starts to undo the top buttons of his shirt, but he does tense. His fingers come up to touch the back of Dean's hand.
"Dean." Cas says, with warning in his voice, but he doesn't stop him.
"You're too..." buttoned up, is the intention, but it doesn't come out, "You..."
"What am I?"

"Cas’s hand tightened on the pinecone and Dean’s eyes almost popped out of his head. Viscous, clear gel erupted from each of its ridges as Cas slowly dragged his hand upwards, collecting the liquid carefully. The pinecone yielded to Cas’s touch easily, pouring out more than Cas could grab in one hand. The liquid dripped down Cas’s knuckles, some sliding down his wrist, catching in his arm hair. It fell onto the grassy, garden floor in big fat drops. Cas’s hand was soaked in it. Dean’s mouth watered."
TLDR: Cas has a new shampoo.
