Summary
Katsuki awoke to a small knock at his door. He looked around, confused, as it was still very dark outside but had little time to think as a little “Kachan, you awake?” came from the other side from right outside his room. Recognizing his best friend's voice he groggily pushed his legs off the side of his bed and trudged to the door. He didn’t say much as he opened the door just a sliver, opting to observe the boy outside his room.
Or: Izuku wakes Katsuki up to wish him a happy birthday as the clock hits midnight.

Summary
Kaito hates Kokichi… but he hates the killing game even more. In the cold, cavernous Exisal hangar, Kaito stares into the poison-fevered eyes of the Ultimate Supreme Leader and makes a decision: the killing game is over. He will not kill Kokichi. He will not drop the press and entomb this child inside the killing game he claims to despise. So, Kaito comes up with a plan to save Kokichi’s life, but to pull it off, the two of them will have to work together inside the Exisal, trick Monokuma into reaching a false verdict, and end the class trial before Kokichi succumbs to the Strike-9 poison.
