Summary
Every person is born with a magic core, but only about 50% of people can actually manipulate it, and they are called the Regos. But recently, a small but slowly growing number of people are being born without a magic core. Could magic slowly be leaving the human race?
Miya Atsumu belongs to a strong lineage of Regos, but he can't actually manipulate his monstrous magic core. On the other hand, it is said that his twin brother doesn't even have a core.
In 2018, Japan gets flipped on its head as a result of the Shinjuku Massacre that extinguished the Shiratorizawa Unit of the National Rego Alliance. Nobody knows what happened and nobody knows what could happen. But four years later, Miya Atsumu is coping and he meets Sakusa Kiyoomi.

Kiyoomi closes his eyes, slowly. He prays that the ground opens up and swallows him whole. He prays that a whole earthquake rocks Tokyo and brings the place down on him, specifically. He prays that some higher power decides to strike him with lightning right this minute.
“Actually,” he says, grinding it out through clenched teeth, “you haven’t seen any other kids around, have you?”
It's Kiyoomi's last resort to ask a stranger for help finding his sister's missing kids, but it's not like this night can get any weirder, and Miya Atsumu's kind of hot.

"No, I'm sorry," breaks in Remus, shaking his head, taking another step back, moving away from the door. "I should have known. Harry said – "
"Harry," groans Sirius, his head tipping backwards over his shoulders, eyes rolling to the ceiling.
Andromeda turns, hiding a snicker. She catches sight of Harry peeking through the door and passes him a delightful grin.
Or: Harry has a happy life with Sirius, but his dad is lonely. Harry decides to find him a boyfriend.
