Summary
Justin has had a hard life. He'd tell you that openly now, accepting the circumstances he was born into and the ones he chose. He's seen a lot of things most people would never think of. Picking his mother up off the sticky carpet and putting her to bed on her side so she didn't asphyxiate on her own vomit, open sores of people on the street who couldn't stop shooting up, potentially dead bodies rolled up next to chain link fences under the overpass, if you named it Justin had probably seen it.
But nothing would ever beat the site and sound he walked in on now.. A trail of broken glass, streaks of blood and vomit and the sound of Clay begging for him through tears.
"J-Justin, please, Justin please help me, please…I’m sorry"

It was only two steps before something crashed into Justin from behind. Nearly falling to the ground, he barely managed to keep his balance as he turned around, adrenaline shooting through him like electricity, ready to fight whoever wanted to have a go at him.
His eyes widened when he saw his attacker. No Seth, no Monty or Bryce. Sprawled on the ground, he was looking at no other than himself.
His ten-years-old self.
Of all the things Clay expected his adopted brother to bring home, a time-travelling ten-years-old version of Justin was definitely none of them.

Summary
Hafu thought it was fine. She checked out every nook and cranny, med-scanned every member of the crew before takeoff, and now they were in the middle of space and wouldn't find another space encampment for at least three rotations of the sun.
Keyword: she thought she was fine.
"Morning!" a strangely cheerful voice greeted.
This was not one of her crewmates saying this. She knew their voices, especially by now and this was not one of their voices, but she looked around herself anyway. She felt her heart drop when she didn't notice a single crewmate in the vicinity.
"Are you not gonna reply? Rude." A huff that sounded like the voice was right next to her.
"Are you in my head? Did I finally lose it? Oh my god, I finally lost it," Hafu started to mumble to herself, wondering if she was actually losing it after the whole incident - but it had been months, but it was never too late to lose your mental stability. She knew that unlike her friend who retired, Hafu had been pretty stable minus the singular fact that she's grieving the loss of the most important person in her life.
