Paradox’s warnings about the process being guaranteed to atomize the person serving as the connection told him that it would be agonizing, but he still wasn’t fully prepared for the sheer intensity of it when he grabbed Wade’s hand and stabbed his claws into the opposite end of the machine to complete the circuit.
