Each morning when Nagi woke, he was met with the smell of fresh linen and soft shadows cast from the drapes. He would toss the sheets back and stare up at the ceiling, then slowly look down at his left leg. Black, brown - then deep, scarlet red.
Reo knows exactly how to keep Nagi safe as his mysterious wound worsens and the outside world grows more dangerous. All he has to do is listen to Reo and he'll keep him safe.

“Reoooo.” Nagi’s eyes are big and olive-grey. Reo sees the pout before it comes. “Can Reo buy me nitro?”
The colourful light from the widescreen in front of him illuminates the column of his throat, catching tauntingly on his adam’s apple, and for a moment Reo has the distinct impression that Nagi might resemble a cat with the way he melts sleepily into the most uncomfortable positions. He supposes Nagi’s streaming handle suits him.
When Reo doesn’t answer immediately, Nagi’s bottom lip juts out just a little more, soft, sullen, and so so tempting. Reo doesn’t think before he speaks.
“Sure, kitten.”

Summary
Reo would never call what he was doing stalking. He would call it “persuasion.” He and Nagi were meant to be. Surely, Nagi knew that. Nagi wanted it too. Everything Reo saw from Nagi was only giving him green lights.
In reality, Nagi isn't sure how to feel about Reo yet. They haven't known each other for that long.
