He shouldn’t had hit him. He knew that as soon as his fist connected with his face. And then everyone was moving at once. He hadn’t even seen Bill move but the older man had wrapped an arm around him and was pulling him back. Great, he was going to be in trouble again. He’d just gotten in trouble for fight club and now he punched Chim. But Chim deserved it. He’s lucky this was the first time he punched him.

Summary
Jackson Avery was not a jealous person—absolutely not. After all, he was an Avery. Averys were not jealous—people were jealous of them.
So it definitely wasn't jealousy that Jackson felt every time he watched Alex come into the hospital holding onto Meredith's or Derek's hand. It absolutely was not jealousy that Jackson felt every time he saw Owen pull April into a hug after a particularly tough case. Jackson was simply grumpy and fatigued; that was it.
And, most importantly, Jackson was not a little—because Averys aren't littles. He didn't need to drop or regress—he was fine—perfectly and utterly fine.
Until he really, really isn't fine.
