    It is not the first time Wangji receives such a proposal, his brother doesn’t think he knows, but he recognizes his own place in the political world. He and Jiang Cheng are much the same in that, they are hardly liked, but they are, at least, respected.

    Such matters mean nothing to Wangji, even if he recognizes the importance of an arranged marriage to most Sects, but it is curious, that a man like Jiang Cheng would succumb to old traditions.
