“I was just eating ice cream.” Kibum’s voice is sulky and bratty and he makes that face. The face he makes on variety shows, when he’s obviously lying, when he says he’s from New York or he meditates or actually likes golf, big doe eyes and smallest pout, all innocence. But Minho knows better.

“I think you’re well past the point of needing to test out kissing men,” Kibum deflects. His hands are shaking, and he clasps them together in his lap to hide it. “You’re going to ruin all your friendships if you go around asking everyone things like that, honey.”
“Not everyone,” Minho clarifies, even though Kibum knows, he knows, but it isn’t quite sinking in just yet. Twelve years of telling himself that Minho doesn’t want him — will never, ever want him — is a hell of a lot of programming to undo on a whim. “I’m only asking you.”
On the tail-end of Don't Call Me promotions, Minho tries to confess to Kibum. Three years later, Kibum realises that Minho isn't straight.

Summary
Life is a series of choices: some of them good, some of them bad. Minho’s mother always used to tell him it doesn’t matter if you make mistakes. There will always be a chance to make things right again, even if by a bit. That is something Minho has always tried his hardest to believe in.
Especially when it comes to the mistake he knew he was making. The mistake he isn’t sure he could’ve resisted even if he’d tried.
But the thing is, he didn’t. Not really. He gave in and threw himself into it, regardless of the consequences.
That is what makes it Minho’s biggest mistake. What makes him Minho’s biggest mistake.
