Summary
Fairies have always been territorial creatures. There is one fairy in particular that has his sights set on being the soul emperor over all fairies.
Jun Wu takes over the fairy Kingdom of Xinle and imprisons Xie Lain. Xie Lain comes up with a plan to get humans on his side to help him take back his kingdom. Little does Xie Lain know that he will meet a very handsome and very deadly human general that is willing to help him fight off Jun Wu. Will they fall in love? Probably.

Summary
Xie Lian and Hua Cheng are living their best married lives together for a few centuries. Then suddenly the white calamity, former Heavenly Emperor Jun Wu, breaks from his imprisonment and wants revenge. He lays a cures on Xie Lian, and anyone who helped him along the way. He, along with San Lang and all of their friends, are reincarnated into the modern era. Though all of them retain their memories, and are able to somewhat cultivate their powers back, well everyone except of course Xie Lian.
Now Xie Lian is a recent collage graduate, working as an archivist for the Yong"an Museum of People"s and Culture, and is crushing hard on his best friend San Lang. Hua Cheng is desperately trying to keep Xie Lian out of danger while also trying to find someway to bring back Xie Lian"s memoriesAlso featuring the main cast navigating the modern world and also trying to jog Xie Lian"s memory with out absolutely breaking him oml there is so much trauma holy crap
