Like last year this will all be from Animated but I’m following a prompt I’ve been playing with to get it out of my system:
Optimus is the reincarnation of the 13th Prime but doesn’t know it.

Summary
The war between the city states of Iacon and Kaon has gone on for almost four million stellar cycles. Optimus, an inhabitant of the fallen South Gate wants nothing more than to rid his city of Decepticons but as a rank-less soldier, he can’t do much. When he survives an encounter with Megatron he really shouldn’t have, the gears start to move, but not how he thinks.

Summary
A Conjunx Ritus was supposed to be the happiest moment of a mech's life.
Yet here Optimus stood in a preparation room in one of Iacon's Chapels, looking at himself in the threeway mirror and meeting his own hollow optics. There was no happiness there when he looked down and saw himself dressed in the infamous Decepticon color, polished and dressed up for a celebration but feeling like he was about to walk out onto that altar and meet his own demise.
Because his—Optimus had to physically swallow to get the words ‘his’ and ‘conjunx’ to actually form in his processor—was none other than Megatron.

"Oh, really?" Megatron drawled. His red optics glanced up again, and Orion's glossa went dry.

Who knew the cruel and ruthless leader of the blasphemous rebellion was so... handsome?

Summary
Getting dumped at the bottom of Iacon would have been preferable to D-16 and Orion Pax. Instead, Darkwing sells them off to the gladiator Overlord Tarn. D-16 is twisted into a gladiator for Tarn's amusement while Orion is stripped of everything.

“Primus above!” he shouts, twisting about.
“Stop moving, I'm cold!” Optimus protests, chasing after him.
