As Ponyboy, Dallas, Johnny, Steve, and Two-bit enter the Halloween costume store they start roaming through the aisles, while Ponyboy and Johnny look at the costumes Dally asks Two-Bit “whaddya think will scare the kids?” Two-bit pondered for a bit then answered by saying “Well most kids are chickens” Two-bit snickered for a bit before he continued by adding “probably won't be hard to find something to scare them.” Steve then began saying “yeah man it ain't hard to scare kids they're like crybabies.”
