This is a Victorian Era story in the "Sherlock Holmes" (2009) Ritchie-verse. The main characters are Sherlock Holmes and Dr. John Watson and is from the doctor's memoirs.
This is a full-length story and it is finished. It was written before "A Game of Shadows" so there are differences in this story and film canon, mainly in the person and backstory of one particular character.

This sequel to "Medium Security" takes place in the summer of 1979, after Brian and Justin have both been released from the Stanton Correctional Institution. While "Medium Security," being a prison fic, was extremely angsty and occasionally portrayed violence, this is a very different story and details the ways Brian and Justin adjust to life outside of prison.
