His eyes were pointed towards the entire room, gobbling up the sights with an almost childlike wonder. The strange looking man only startled when he was nudged forth towards the spotlight with a bulky hand on his back, his boots practically squeaking against the marble floors when they remained frozen in place.

    "Hawks, this is Touya. Touya Todoroki," Endeavor introduced, oblivious to the thoughts fluttering inside the winged hero's head. "He works in my agency's support department to research and develop quirk-suppresant technology for those in need of it."

    And that was where it all began.
