Getting his tooth cracked during a fight, Sakura faces his final boss (the dentist) and undergoes an operation to recooperate from his lack of dental care. However, he still has left over status effects (anesthesia) that instead of making him hyperactive, calm down him down to an almost docile state.
Intrusting him to his dearest friends, Umemiya calls Suo and Nirei to help Sakura recover and they help adjust to their captain being vulnerable.

Sakura pointed at himself. "So I..? Have to..?"
