Hogan takes pride in many things. His operation, his men, his control over Klink. He's a master manipulator and a criminal genius, no doubt. And he won't let his emotions get the better of him... probably.
Klink knows Hogan manipulates him. Nevertheless, Klink aims to survive the war by playing the fool. One would think that two years of pining would have him on the brink of insanity. Quite the opposite. And even if he was, his ego is too big to admit that. Though, that doesn't change how he feels about Hogan.
Newkirk's not just a thief, he's a thief with a backstory.
Carter is a lovable pyromaniac who fears he isn't good enough.
LeBeau is in a state of recovery after a near-death experience.
And Kinch is... he's trying his best (like me, illustrious author).
