"You wouldn't understand."
"Bullshit. What would I not understand? You're a miserable old bastard, not a math problem." House turned his head away from Wilson and looked at the glass by his side. He took a sip, letting the whiskey burn his throat. Wilson snatched the glass from him and set it out of reach on the coffee table.
"Give that back."
"No. Not till you tell me what's going on."
"I said, you wouldn't understand." Wilson lowered himself to the floor next to House, a hand holding onto the couch for support.
"Try me."
