Summary
Papyrus hadn't been worried! ...Well. Maybe he had been, just a bit. It'd been a while since anyone had heard from the human, so he'd called to check on them. But when a conversation revealed just how young they were, he realized things had to change. They were all on their own down here. And... They had nowhere to go.
Well! If there was no one else to take care of the babybones, he would just have to do it himself!
—
Sans was trying to get through life—trying to ignore the apathy that had settled over him for Papyrus’s sake. It was just so hard to care about anything when he knew none of it mattered. But when Papyrus had him bring the anomaly home like a lost puppy, things stopped adding up.
How could such a sweet kid be responsible for the relentless time loops?
—
Frisk was used to being on their own, and they were normally pretty great at taking care of themself. But—Well. ...Dying hurt. They just wanted to get back to the surface! With Undyne in the way, they were hopeless. But when a phone call from Papyrus somehow ended with an offer for them to crash at his house, Frisk was just relieved for the break.
They could afford to rest for a while, couldn’t they?

Summary
“HALT, HUMAN!”
Sweat dripped down Papyrus's skull, but he was not scared. The rattling of his bones was due to the storm, and nothing more.
“HEY, QUIT MOVING WHEN I'M TALKING TO YOU! I, THE GREAT AND TERRIBLE CAPTAIN PAPYRUS, HAVE SOME THINGS TO SAY.”
—
Kill or Be Killed. It was the law Papyrus had sworn to uphold, and one that had been carved into his soul from the moment he was born. And there had never been a person that embodied it quite like the dust and LV smothered figure across from him.
It was a cycle that Papyrus had tried and failed to break when he was younger, and instead it had broken him.
But he would try, one last time. He would scrounge up the Kindness he'd attempted to beat out of his soul, and he would revoke that very law he'd devoted his adult life to.
He would not fight.

Summary
Frisk should be fine.
Everyone is on the surface, the sun is shining and bright, and their family is blissfully happy as they pursue their dreams in a world they’d thought locked to them.
Frisk is fine, because this is what they always wanted. So what if their scars ache and magic flashes behind their eyes every time they blink? So what if the copper of blood rests thick on their lips? So what if terror catches in their throat and stills their heart when their family ruffles their hair?
All those hands that have hurt them are achingly gentle now, and there’s nothing wrong anymore. There’s nothing for Frisk to fear.
It’s just the occasional (frequent) bad day, and bad days pass.
So Frisk chokes back bitter accusations that bubble up like poison on their lips, because Frisk isn’t allowed to be anything other than fine.
—
“You hurt me! You killed me! Of course I’m scared of you! How could I not be?!”
The words tear out of Frisk’s raw throat, and they don’t bother to choke back their sob this time, their hands shaking too hard to sign.

Summary
“You idiot! Why are you doing this to yourself? There’s a surgery to fix it, isn’t there? Go get it!”
The words fell out of Asriel’s mouth, but despite the caustic bite to them that reminded him too much of his time as a flower, he didn’t take them back. Because SOMEONE needed to knock some sense into Frisk!
Frisk furrowed their brows and looked at the crushed purple flowers in their hands. And then they shook their head and let the petals fall to the ground.
Blood and saliva dripped from their lips from when they hacked up one of their lungs not even a few moments before. Inflamed red sores filled their mouth in a way Asriel never wanted to see again.
—
Butterfly weed, forget-me-nots, snapdragons, black-eyed susans, purple columbine, buttercups... and purple hyacinth.
The hanahaki came hand in hand with Frisk's reset powers, and it ebbed and flowed as Frisk's loved ones forgot them and then grew to love them once more, repeating time after time. But this was it—there would be no more resetting. Frisk's powers were gone...
And one case of hanahaki remained.

Aline stared wide-eyed at the creature in front of them. Mrs. Kravik always told them a monster was going to come take them away someday. “She'll fit right in.” She said under her breath when she thought they couldn’t hear her anymore. “Demon child that she is. Those red eyes…”
Well, if Aline was going to be taken away, they might as well make friends. They waved cheerfully, and the goopy figure whirled around and looked behind itself.
“What on earth? There’s nobody else here.”—
Everyone needs someone to see them. The same is true for a lonely child and a forgotten monster.

How to: (A Fell!Papyrus and Frisk Collection) by Floofanflur
Fandom: Undertale (Video Game)

Summary
A series of oneshots about Papyrus and Frisk's lives together - featuring Dad Papyrus. I tend to write these out of order and then re-sort them into chronological order in the series. I suggest either starting with the prequel "How to be Kind" or the actual fic that started all the shenanigans "How to Defeat a Human," however, all the pieces can be read as a standalone!
The series is largely fluff and found family, but we've got some angst and hurt/comfort sprinkled throughout! And the prequel is a much darker tone than the other fics.

Summary
Sure there would be the tricky fact that the Cabin 7 crew knew Vee as Luz, and now that actual Luz had returned – well Vee would need to figure out how to be Vee who did not look like Luz for the friends who meant the world to her.
And sure. Luz had brought witches back with her.
But they were the least of Vee’s concern.
She had bigger fish to fry.
Luz had brought him here.

Summary
You're an engineer who works for Ebott's best research facility in one of the labs; your lifelong dream after finding a journal on Mount Ebott when you were a kid. When you aren't in the lab being smart, you're gathering materials at the abandoned doll factory for the machine you're trying to build.
But one night, you meet a skeleton at the factory. Naturally, you lie about why you're there and say you're there to hunt ghosts. You befriend him and try to find a way to gather the materials while keeping up with that lie. But those lies catch up to you when you start to meet all the other skeletons.

Summary
Once upon a time, the Underground split itself into four parts, quadrupling the population in a way that no one noticed until the barrier broke. This is weird to think about, but it really isn't your problem. That's someone else's existential crisis.
Except it turns out that your Soulmate is a monster, and due to that split, there are four of him now. Oh wait, and his brother is your Soulmate too. You have eight Soulmates! Congratulations! You are now under investigation by the Home Above United Monster Alliance government.
Turns out some of these guys are pretty important.
