To Rikido Sato, the announcement of a wave of villains erupting from a hospital on the major news should have just been another day where heroes rallied together to defeat villains and save the day. Unbeknownst to him and everyone else, it instead marked the beginning of an era where Villains ruled the very streets once more.
People started to call those villains High Ends, and people were pushed into walled areas called Colonies where they attempt to live their lives. Rikido is part of a group of scavengers that ventures past the walls to find supplies for the good of them all, but will he survive the many dangers that lurk in a society that had fallen?
