Summary
The war is over. Everything should be over, he should be six feet under, getting the much deserved rest... Except that he wasn't. Who's to blame for the sudden change of plans is anybody's guess. No matter. He is left to aimlessly flounder forward, struggling with the lack of any purpose or meaning, or even a way to find an occupation worthy of a shred of effort. The name of the man who's responsible for that does not bare being repeated.
In the meantime, another man decides to finally get his long-time wish fulfilled. Old — ancient — and so tired, he accidentally trips over our man's deepest secret and latches onto it as a lifeline, dragging him into a new deadly hide-and-seek game.
With lives on the line again, would he find enough strength to stir up for the new fight?
