Shen Qingqiu felt it the moment he woke up in this world. He felt torn between worlds; A thin phantasmatic piece of paper. His entire being was separate as if split down the middle so perfectly, everything he felt was delayed. Where he ended and where he began sat parallel like glass panes, staring at one another
The sensations he felt in his bones and against his skin. The sun tickled the tip of his nose and caressed his eyelids in the early morning. It felt like it took a second to register what he was experiencing, a delay between sound and light. It was like a thin barrier covered his body, reminding him he was there yet not at all.

Felix was proud of him, he was so glad that his best friend of years was finally in a place where he liked himself. He should have seen this as a good thing. Changbin was scared for years that no one would like him and here he was getting all these people's attention.

But before he could even get an answer, Taehyun had flipped them around, pinning Soobin to the couch. Soobin struggled, pushing against Taehyun’s arms and kicking his legs frantically. While Taehyun tickled him and bit down weakly against his shoulder or arms.
See, Taehyun’s love language was… physical touch. In violent ways. Or more accurately, empty threats.
Taehyun was akin to a kitten playing hunt. Out of nowhere they run after you and bite you, thrashing around and swaying their tail before pouncing. It was adorable because they’d lose, falling over and pretending they lost tragically.
