Jeon Jeongguk is the chaebol heir to one of Korea’s most luxurious clothing brands. His father, Jeon Jiwon, who built the company from scratch is a strong front runner in the high-end fashion industry.
Likewise, Kim Daehyun and his son Kim Taehyung own ‘Vante’, a household name when it comes to statement jewellery pieces and fashion-forward, innovative accessories.
Having once being college roommates and still very close friends, it’s a little disappointing to the CEOs that their sons do not follow in their footsteps when it comes to camaraderie.
As it turns out, Jeongguk and Taehyung cannot stand each other. A healthy competitive nature their fathers call it, but the roots of their hatred stem further than simple petty rivalry.
In fact, their issues started a very long time ago when Jeongguk was still a pimply, hormonal 16 year old and 17 year old Taehyung did the worst thing a best friend could possibly ever do— he left him behind.
