Too bad Izuku lives with main character syndrome (TM) of traumatic life experiences.
Or: Our best self-sacrificing boy gets a healing quirk that exchanges pain for regeneration. Gets traumatized and decides to cope (and live) with his problems by himself at the very responsible age of twelve. Basically, he is on a very long journey of learning some proper self care. Featuring our favorite Dadzawa (eventually....) and some gourmet angst~

Izuku was born into a world of magic, Doctor Strange kind of magic. And he loved it! Too bad that he got turned into the Cloak of Levitation and now has been stuck as a cape for hundreds of years, eventually ending up as just another relic to be sold in the black market.
Good thing Eraserhead finds him and he is finally free! Now he just has to figure out what he wants to do, being a hero could be fun, eh?
OR: Eraserhead gets a sentient cape as a kid and Izuku has fun in the hero program

Aizawa had been prepared for a lot of things going in to a villain hideout bust. Temporarily adopting a baby was not one of them.
After a big surprise finding in a villain hideout, Aizawa and Yamada end up as the (temporary) parents of ("Midoriya") Izuku. Whose real parentage remains a mystery, including the fact what quirk he might possess once he gets older. One thing is for sure and it's that Izuku's smile is one of the purest things that can exist and should be protected at all costs.

Then Dynamight, a very popular (and attractive) Twitch gamer, raids the stream, and Kaminari gets a ~~terrible~~ great idea.
