Summary
Cast back through time by Gaia, and turned into a toddler by Jenova, Cloud is having the (second) worst day of his life. So it makes sense with his luck that he would be captured by a red-haired SOLDIER First and brought directly into Sephiroth's clutches. But that was fine; he'd dealt with worse odds before (he really hadn't). He would simply have to find a way to escape and continue destroying Jenova and every Mako reactor. Summary
Izuku was diagnosed with a heart defect around the same time he learned he was quirkless. Two life-shattering news, but despite everything he did his best all those years, and even got in the hero course! The dorms are still relatively new, and although Izuku is nervous to ask permission to go buy his monthly heart medecine at the local pharmacy, he knows he doesn't have a choice.
He doesn't expect this trip to unveil another life-shattering truth: what he holds in his hands, what he has been administrating himself with all those years, are actually Quirk suppressants.
Previous summary: It was supposed to be a simple errand. To the local pharmacy. Except, Shouta is walking with Midoriya, and he doesn't call him a Problem Child for nothing. What he finds out on their walk back is earth shattering, and as he learns later, will change Midoriya's life forever.
OR
Midoriya has a heart condition, but finds out the medication he's been taking most of his life is not what he thought it was.
