Izuku reached out to save Nagant from the bomb quirk AFO planted in her uncaring of what happened to him. He reached her but the bomb still went off. When he opened his eyes again, why was he in San Francisco? And why was everyone ignoring him carrying a half-dead woman? Didn’t they see he needed help? Why didn’t anyone care?
“Granny’s here. You don’t need to worry anymore.” Thankfully an old woman extended her hand and mysteriously nursed them back to health. He couldn’t stay long. Despite her pleas, He and Nagant left.
Things only got weirder from there.
Why was this lady with a spider bottom forcing people to get married?!
Why did the guy at the fish market give Nagant a lottery ticket? A winning one at that.
Why did he see someone throw a lightning bolt from the top of a mountain?

(And Age is just confused and absolutely not jealous, thank you very much. He’s just worried for his girlfriend, as he should be. Duh.)

It was a moment of weakness.
The Doctor wanted the Time War to end and to go back to the fun that was adventuring through time with companions, that's all the Doctor wanted. As if by a miracle, they did. The Time War was now erased from time itself, Gallifrey was safe once again, and the fun adventures will begin again.
But if they knew that they would be sitting in their rooms, holding the tattered remains of a once colorful scarf, a bleached coat that once held the rainbow, or a snapped umbrella missing its question mark, would they have taken that decision?
