Hunk took a moment to think, then clapped his hand on Lance’s back, smiling.

Lucifer raises an eyebrow, leaning against the doorframe. Alastor’s mouth waters at the long arch of his pale neck, so much like a swan’s, at the way his thighs press against the fabric of his trousers. “Oh, Alastor,” Lucifer says, and it’s almost pitying. “Again?”

Summary
Alastor's been in something of a slump. He's in a job he theoretically loves working under a man he hates, his only real friendship is with a woman who doesn't really know him and who he doesn't want to know him, and he hasn't found it in himself to kill anyone in over a year.
Then, one Wednesday, a new man and his daughter blow into town, and Alastor's life will never be the same again.
He hopes.
EDIT: Getting married is very stressful. This fic is not abandoned, I know how it ends and even have a roadmap planned, but I simply cannot hold that map in my head rn. It's gonna be a minute y'all.
