It should have been simple…
But, if there’s anything Shang Gu’s learned in her few years of life (which according to her brothers and fellow True Gods is not much). It is that simple and uncomplicated make for an uninteresting story and that old fuck the Ancestral God is a sucker for a good drama.
AN: Essentially, this story is me mixing several xianxia dramas together to create one big crossover. As the tags say it’s a lot of crack and some angst. This is just me experimenting with something and seeing how it works so please leave comments and reviews.

He flipped his hands over, resting his palms against his knees, his real skin and flesh knees, warm beneath his hands and slid his eyes shut. He took a deep breath, kept taking them until they didn’t shake him to his core, let himself get lost in the rhythm.
When he opened his eyes again, he was still in his room, and nothing had changed. It was early, early enough that even the kitchen servants would just be waking up.
He was so much colder than he had been in years.
