Summary
Siffrin was sure that they'd be able to escape the loops now. He is surrounded by his family, he is loved, all that's left is to speak to the head housemaiden and shed the puppet strings and masks and embrace a new future, with his family.
But it would never be that easy, would it?
Wishful thinking. He should have known from the start that the power of love wouldn't help. Maybe if he didnt get his hopes up, he wouldn't feel the agony of it all crashing down around him.
But something is different this time—his family sees them, they're running for them, reaching for him, crying out his name. Siffrin can barely muster the strength to reach back, but its too late, isnt it?
Siffrin can almost catch Isabeau's hand—and he makes a wish.

Summary
To everyone else, their friendship - much less relationship - must have been odd.
A prickly lockpick with his personal life under lock and key and a curious leader with a habit for overstepping boundaries.
A man seemingly defined by his abstinence and a man characterized by his indulgence.
A half foot who has to demand and fight for respect, and a tallman who gets trampled on far easier than most would think.
Despite their differences, the two fit like pieces in a puzzle.

"No, no, its okay..." It wasn't, but Siffrin would rather slash his throat than admit that he needed Isabeau to hold him as much as he needed to breathe.
But he wanted to. He wanted to so bad it made him feel sick. Isabeau wanted to touch him, and Siffrin desperately needed it... So Siffrin had to be the one to say it.
"Isa... actually, c-can I touch you? Your hand?

Lewis can float. He’s never had a problem doing that before, when he wanted to rest or just sit down for a while. He’s not even going to sleep, he’s just sitting and reading - but for some reason he’s insisting he does it on the only available bed.
Whatever. Arthur's too tired to argue. If Lewis wants to get kicked so bad, let him find out why this is a bad idea the hard way.
